Support the implementation of the CLC+ Backbone

CLC+ (the 2nd generation CORINE Land Cover - CLC) Backbone has been conceived as a new high spatial resolution vector product. It represents a baseline object delineation with the emphasis on geometric rather than thematic detail.

CLC+ Backbone will consist of two sub-products: i) An object-based vector product, derived from linear networks and image segmentation, attributed with aggregated statistics, and ii) A 10m pixel based raster product with basic land cover classes.
